Vision, Aims and Values – what is Kempsey Primary School all about?

We (the school community) have a shared vision for our school; this was developed by parents, staff and governors:

By putting exceptional education and respect at the heart of all we do we plan to provide the very best for the children who attend KPS and through working hard together to improve what we do then we aspire to meet the four aims set out above. The values that support each aim are there to provide a structure to our work that we can develop with the children. These are shared in assemblies, PSHE sessions and through our Golden Rules, which if the children follow, will support them in playing their part in this vision and to support their development and progress.
